We discuss your idea, inspiration and what you want the final result to look like. If you’re not sure yet, that’s fine — we’ll shape it together.
3️⃣ Design collaboration
We work collaboratively on your design, refining it until you’re completely happy. Where possible, mock-ups are provided so you can see exactly how it will look before anything is engraved.
4️⃣ Approval & invoice
Once you’re happy with the design, I send over an invoice. No hidden charges. No surprise fees.
5️⃣ Production begins
As soon as payment is received, I order your items if required and get to work — keeping you updated every step of the way.
And one thing is non-negotiable:
We never hit “engrave” until you give the nod.
Why don’t we have a standard online shop?
From time to time, people suggest we should simply add products to an online shop and allow customers to upload their own designs. The reality is that laser engraving doesn’t work like full-colour printing.
A laser-engraved design is fundamentally black and white. While we can adjust the laser’s power and speed to create different depths, textures and subtle shading effects, these techniques are only suitable for certain materials and designs.
That’s why every project is discussed before production begins. Not every image translates well to engraving on every item, and our role is to guide you towards a design that will look sharp, clean and built to last on the finished product.
We don’t just press “print”.
We design, test and refine for the material — and for the best possible end result… your smile.
